What we hire
Two kinds of marquee, and everything that goes inside one
Clear-span aluminium frame marquees in many sizes, and traditional canvas supported by central king poles. Short or long-term hire, for your garden or paddock, a local venue, a stately home, a sports ground, a college, a school, a university site or your business premises.
Traditional canvas
Manufactured in house from natural canvas and supported by central king poles, for the nostalgic charm of a summer lawn. Including decagon structures up to 12m × 30m.
Linings and lighting
Pleated linings, blackout, star cloth, fairy lights, festoon strings, spot and up lights. We can fit white or ivory pleated lining into a barn or hall to make the venue look like the inside of a marquee.
Furniture and floors
Banqueting tables and chairs, trestle and round tables, folding and bistro chairs, limewash Chiavari chairs, wooden floors, carpet, natural coconut matting, dance floors and stages.
Catering and services
Catering tents, mobile toilet trailer units, heaters, generators, power distribution, fire extinguishers and emergency fire exits. The practical half of an event, planned with you.
Walkways and links
Awnings, covered walkways, link tents, patio doors, canopy pavilions and top hat tents, so guests move between house, marquee and catering without stepping into the weather.

Weddings, college balls and corporate hospitality
Three quite different jobs, and we have been doing all three from the same Kidlington yard for sixty years.
Weddings and garden parties
Before the day we provide a 2D and 3D plan showing the table layout along with the position of the dance floor, stage, reception and bar area. Most sites can take a marquee, and where space is tight we can lay a sub floor to cover pools and ponds.
College and university balls
College and university sites, school speech and sports days, 6th form leavers' balls, charity balls, degree and award celebrations. Oxford college work is a long-standing speciality and the logistics of a city-centre quad are familiar ground.
Corporate events and shows
Temporary structures for business: hospitality units at major sporting events, show and craft tents from 3m × 3m upwards, marquees for TV and film shoots, and covered space for conferences and product launches.

We are a manufacturer, not only a hire company
Our knowledge of the industry has grown over the years and we also produce and repair canvas and PVC covers, marquees, cricket covers, pool covers and lorry sides in house.
That is unusual in this trade, and it is why a repair does not mean waiting on a supplier, and why a non-standard structure is a conversation rather than a refusal. We also sell new products and carry ex-hire stock.
The same works and the same crew stand behind everything we hire out. We pride ourselves on our experienced and longstanding crew members, and to us your event, whatever its scale, is never just a routine job.
